In order to achieve this vision, we are dedicated to pursuing the process of professionalisation begun during the past strategy phase, i.e. the collaboration of volunteers and full-time professional staff. For the period until 2020, we expect a moderate growth in this respect of approx. 25-30% in terms of budget and employees.
