Only WMDE was allowed - duo to the exsisting peculiarities - to keep an independent organisation. It became also clear, that this was is also a way to bring through the request for detailed and transparent budgets of the national organisations. The funds allocaiton was to become more project based. In this context the idea was born to create a body of members of the national organisations that would strengthen their position vis-à-vis the Foundaiton. | |||
