Basic Facts

• established in 2008
• around 70 members, mostly inactive members, only 1 supportive membership
• almost 50.000 EUR - mostly due to fundraiser 2010/2011

Activities

• MediaWiki software extension: collaborative watchlist
• 10 scholarships for wikimania, 2 of them for Slovakia
• 10-years aniversary (three parties in Vienna, Linz, Graz, with public TV coverage)
• literature scholarships (1000 EUR / a)

Plans for the coming year

• wikipedia loves monuments (working together with austrian authorities)
• fundraising summit in June 2011
• Wiki Conference
• wiki-tv

Problems

• need professionlisation (staff) to keep up with regular tasks
• donations not tax-deductable
